Mary Yurtin

YURTIN Mary Yurtin, age 91, of Stratford, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2003, in the Carolton Health Care Center, Fairfield. Miss Yurtin, a retired vice president for the Connecticut National Bank, was born in Bridgeport to the late Dimitry and Anna (Wargo) Yurtin, and has been a lifelong area resident. She is survived by her devoted sister, Irene Butler of Stratford; her nephew, David Butler and his wife, Ethel of Acton, Mass; four great nieces and nephews, Katharine and Craig Nesta and their son, Spencer of Newton, Mass., Jonathan Butler and his wife, Trinidad of Acton, Mass., and Andrew and Hillary Butler, both of Acton. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday at noon in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford, with the Rev. Peter Benyo officiating. Interment will be in St. John s Cemetery, Stratford. At the family s request, calling hours have been omitted.
