McKenzie M. Sessoms, 11
SALEMBURG — Miss McKenzie Mae Sessoms, 11, of 521 Hairr Lane, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2013 at her home.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Jeff Bartlett and the Rev. Glenn Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
McKenzie was born on March 1, 2002 in Cumberland County. She was a fifth grade student at Salemburg Elementary School.
She is survived by her father, Donnie Ray Sessoms; mother, Patricia Faircloth; three brothers, Ray Sessoms, Lee Sessoms and Bradley Scarberry; one sister, Catherine Herring; paternal grandparents, Archie and Catherine Sessoms; maternal grandparents, Dudley and Cathy Starke; and seven nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church, 3645 Dunn Road, Roseboro, and other times at the home.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro St., Roseboro.
