Michael Edwards Obituary
Michael Robert Edwards, age 66, beloved husband of Beatriz Edwards, sadly passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at his home in Fairfield, CT. Mike was born on June 3, 1957, to the late Thomas and Evelyn Edwards in Bridgeport. He grew up in Connecticut alongside his eight brothers and sisters. He was a hardworking plumber who helped build a beautiful life through his business, E&L Plumbing, alongside his dear friend and business partner, Norman Labonte. He is survived by his wife, Beatriz, his two children Becky and Mickey, their spouses Spencer and Erica, his two beloved dogs Samson and Delilah, and his first grandson to his daughter who is on the way. Mike was the life of the party and celebrated the joys of life with friends and family up until his final days. His fun-loving spirit and memory will be carried on by the countless number of those who loved him. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church in Fairfield followed by committal in Lawncroft Cemetery in Fairfield. Arrangements are in the care of the FAIRFIELD FUNERAL HOME of EDMUND W. DOUGIELLO, 36 South Pine Creek Road.

Mike, I am glad to have had the honor of knowing such a great person. You are truly one of a kind, and are already deeply missed.
