Paul G. Zoeller

ZOELLER Paul G. Zoeller, age 49, a lifelong resident of the Black Rock section of Bridgeport, passed away at home suddenly on May 26, 2009. Paul's memory will be embraced by his loving family including his wife, Linda Scinto Zoeller; three daughters, Paula Heckley, of Waterbury, Joanmarie Zoeller, and Victoria L. Zoeller, both of Black Rock; two grandchildren, David and Raquel Rivera; two brothers, Warren Zoeller, and his wife, Karen, of Naugatuck, Edward Zoeller, and his wife, Cathie, of New Hampshire; one sister, Diane Taylor, and her husband, John, of Cheshire; several nieces and nephews. Paul was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Eva Myers Zoeller, and his twin brother at infancy. Prior to his 24 years of commitment to the United States Postal Service as a Letter Carrier in Stratford, Paul worked for Gold's Delicatessen. In his youth, Paul enjoyed fishing off Black Rock harbor, and was a former member of both the S.S. Norden Club and Pequoneck Yacht Club. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. His funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 10 a.m. directly in St. Ann's Church, 481 Brewster Street, in Black Rock. His interment in St. Michael's Cemetery will be private.
