Robert Brassell Obituary

BRASSELL Robert G. Brassell, age 66, of Bridgeport, died Tuesday, July 4, 2006 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with his son Danny, daughter-in-law Carey, brother Ronnie and sister-in-law Barbara by his side. Born in Bridgeport, he had been a lifelong area resident residing in New Haven for the past six years. Bob graduated from Harding High School and attended Housatonic Community College and was a retired driver for Quickie Cab Co. in Bridgeport. Survivors include his son, Daniel J. Brassell and his wife, Carey, of Milford; two brothers, Ronald Brassell and his wife, Barbara, of Milford and Donald Brassell of Bridgeport; three grandchildren, Stephanie, Briana and Anthony Brassell; nieces and nephews, Linda Petonito and her children, Melissa, Margaret and Steven; and several other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Marie (Ertelt) Brassell; and a sister, Sharon Favareau. Funeral services will take place on (TODAY) Friday, July 7, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford. Interment will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, Fairfield.
