Rose Biscardi Impellitteri, age 95 of Tequesta, FL, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born in Worcester, MA on Feb.16, 1926 to Angelo and Elisabeth Biscardi who settled in Bridgeport. She raised her family in Trumbull then moved to Shelton after her retirement as an Administrative Assistant at the Bridgeport YWCA.
Rose was well read and talented. She loved opera and was skilled in all forms of sewing, crocheting and crafting, which she continued creating her whole life.
Survivors include two loving daughters, Sandra Kazo and her partner Aaron Hazo of Shelton, Elisabeth Vastarelli and her husband James of Tequesta, FL; three grandchildren, Frank Monahan and his wife Lisa, Karly Nakashima and her husband Hiro and Jesse Kazo and his partner Mya; as well as two great grandchildren, Trystin Reign Kazo and Darby Carina Monahan, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Frank Biscardi and four sisters, Antoinette Rende, Carmella Biscardi, Angela Spinelli and Madeline Lupulio.
Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Michael Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Ave., Stratford, CT on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. for a graveside service. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements in care of the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
