Dear Henry, Ryan and the Kramer Family,
I have had the pleasure and honor of knowing Susan for over 15 precious years. Together, we have been through a lot. I'll never forget the excitement in her voice as she told me that she was pregnant with Ryan. My heart breaks to know that Ryan will not get to grow up with his mother, such a beautiful woman, inside and out. To say that she will be missed is an understatement. I leave you my deepest sympathies.

To the Kramer family:
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I grew up just 2 houses down from Sue on Tibbals St. I remember meeting Sue for the first time one summer while visiting with my grandparents over 30 years ago. It was nice to know there were children in the neighborhood my age to play with.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
