Theresa Salvati Obituary
Theresa G. Salvati, age 103, of Stratford passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
Mrs. Salvati retired from Lord's corporation where she had worked as an "O" ring inspector.
Her family was the most important to her. She had a kind and generous heart and loved baking all kinds of cookies and desserts, especially for the holidays. Mrs. Salvati loved planting her garden where she enjoyed feeding and watching all the different birds. Cooking for friends and family was also her passion.
She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent P. Salvati; sisters, Hilda Barley, Amelia Kranyak, Dora Schwartz and Gilda Popick; and brothers Gino and. Fred Salvati.
Survived by daughter, Cecilia Palumbo and partner, Richard Sheldrick; son, Vincent A. Salvati and wife, Theresa; grandsons, Vincent J. Salvati, Brian Salvati and Daniel Palumbo; great-grandsons, Grant, Owen and Roman Salvati; great-granddaughter, Olivia Salvati; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Bridgeport Hospital Tower eight for their kindness and compassion. Also appreciation to her caregiver, Sharon Frey and the staff at Spring Hill.
