I will miss you so much. I used to look forward going to Texas so that I could see you. Your friendly, warmth and kind smile were contagious, but now I know that you are in a place prepared specially for you. Jesus told us that he would prepare a place for us. Your body will not be present, but your memory and the experiences that we had with you will be with us forever. I know that your life was a blessed life because you always told me that you were blessed with all your kids and grandchildren. You always talked about them with such love. Grandma Velia, you fought the good fight all your life, you won your crown in heaven and it will be a short time that we will see you again. Give a big hug to Aunt Rebecca, Hector, and Grandpa Arturo. We will miss you. But it comforts me that you are in the place where no more suffering or sadness exist. There will only be joy.
My heart is with Grace, Mary Alice, Arturo, Efrain, Humberto Sr. and the rest of the family. I wish I could be there to give you a big hug and to tell you that I love you. Be strong, courageous, and remember all the great times that you had with this wonderful woman. Again, I love you, I will pray for everyone that God will give you the strength and comfort to keep going on.
