Victor Rodriguez

RODRIGUEZ Victor Rodriguez, age 77, of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 while surrounded by his loving family. Victor was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico but had moved into the Bridgeport area many years ago. Victor was a talented Musician who enjoyed playing and singing with his family and everyone that surrounded him at anytime. He composed his own music and wrote his own lyrics many times. He is the beloved husband of Blanca I. Rodriguez whom he married almost 54 years ago. In addition to his beloved wife he is survived by his son Rey Rodriguez of Derby, CT; his daughter Iliana Rodriguez of Bridgeport; his grandchildren Iris Villanueva, Elise Granados, Yesenia Rodriguez and Henry Alicea, Jr.; his brothers Santos, Sergio, William, Edwin, Paulino and Andres Rodriguez; sister Hilda and Gladys Rodriguez and a host of nieces, nephews relatives and other friends who will dearly miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport; Funeral services have been scheduled for Thursday, November 17, 2011 beginning at 12:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home followed by interment in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford, CT.
