I was greatly saddened to learn of Bill's passing. I knew him over 25 years ago at the Ct. Golf Club. I know that he was a wonderful and well-respected physician. Please accept my sincere condolences.

To Dr. Lewis Family:
We were shocked and saddened at the loss of Dr. Lewis. He was our doctor for more than 20 years and he was a wonderful and caring doctor. We will miss him. Our deepest sympathy goes to all of his family.

I am so saddened to hear that we have losted this wonderful man. Seventeen years ago I was involved in an accident and I know I would never be doing as well as I am today without Dr. Lewis' care. He was a unique, caring individual and will be greatly missed.

I can't tell you how much Dr. Lewis' friendship and support meant to my family over the years. Not only was he our Doctor, he was a friend. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dr Lewis was my doctor when I was a nursing student at UB and had an ankle fracture from a skiing accident in 1970. He was a great and caring doctor. I was contacted by a friend this week to let me know of his untimely death. My thougths go out to the family.

i am so sorry for your loss. i have been a patient of dr lewis for 10 years. he had just assisted my last surgery on august 15 2008. this was my best surgery out of four. i will truely miss him.

I worked with Dr. Lewis in his first pratice in Bridgeport. I always admired his determination and focus. I will always be thankful to him for the friendship he showed to our mutual friend Mike Schick. My condolences to his wife Denise and his children.
