My dearest Diane, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I am proud to say, Billy was my friend for over 40 years. The world will surely miss his laugh and smile. I often think of the fun we all had at Mount-Airy.----Love Ya---Al Terifay, Fairfield Police, Retired
