Fernande Eugenie Gouthiere, 100, of Carlisle died Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at her home.
Born Sept. 15, 1909 in St. Dizier, France, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Lucie Poinsot Gouthiere.
Surviving are a daughter, Michelle Bachman (and husband, David) of Carlisle; two granddaughters, Barbara Dodd of Harrisburg and Sandra Ulerick of Harrisburg; two great-granddaughters, Charlene Ulerick of Harrisburg and Alexis Ulerick of Harrisburg; one great-grandson, Jay Rabold II of Harrisburg; and one great-great-granddaughter, Ahmya Ulerick of Harrisburg.
She was preceded in death by her sister.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Saturday at St. Patrick Shrine Church, 140 E. Pomfret St., Carlisle, with the Rev. William C. Forrey as celebrant. Entombment will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Carlisle.
