Beloved Teacher
Janet Laubach Bouvier, 82, of Shiremanstown, died Thursday, June 13, 2013. She was born in Benton on Thursday, November 27, 1930, daughter of the late Jonathan Paul Laubach and Ethel Irene (Bray) Laubach. Janet was the wife of Roland Joseph Bouvier whom she married on November 21, 1953.
Janet's survivors include her loving husband of almost 60 years, Roland; her three daughters, Ann Bouvier DiSilvestro and her husband Joseph of AZ, Caroline Bouvier and her husband Timothy Row of WA, Susan Bouvier and her husband John Bresnahan of IL; her three grandchildren, Ryan DiSilvestro, Philip DiSilvestro, Jacqueline Row; her brother, James Laubach and his wife Elaine of Elverson, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Among those preceding Janet in death is her brother, John "Jack" Laubach.
All are welcome to join Janet's family at her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 24, 2013, at 10:00 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 400 East Simpson Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-0739, with Reverend David M. Hereshko celebrating. A time of food and fellowship in Brindle Hall at the church will immediately follow the mass. Burial is at 2:00 in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA. Honored to be pallbearers are Caroline Bouvier and Susan Bouvier.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Wildcat Foundation, 500 South Broad Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
