Jean E. (Kling) Keller, 84, of Landisburg went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Dec. 26, 2010, at Cumberland Crossings, Carlisle.
Jean was born Feb. 9, 1926, at Landisburg to the late Arthur and Marion L. (Cooper) Kling. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Arthur C. Kling, Karl K. Kling, Ray L. Kling and M. Faye Bistline.
She was a graduate of Carlisle Commercial College.
She had been an employee of the Naval Supply Depot, Mechanicsburg, and jointly owned with her husband Keller's Bulk Food Store in Landisburg.
She was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Landisburg, and the Landisburg Ambulance Club.
Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Glenn E. Keller; three sons, Marvin R. and wife Pam of Carlisle, Michael R. and wife Evadna of New Bloomfield and Mark K. and wife Sally of Landisburg; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, 800 Falling Springs Road, Landisburg, with a memorial service at 3 p.m. The Rev. David Peterson will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Jean's wish was that memorial contributions be made in her memory to a charity of your choice or to the Alzheimer's Association, 3544 N. Progress Ave., Suite 205, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9638.
Arrangements are being handled by Nickel Funeral Home, 3626 Shermans Valley Road, Loysville.
