Jeremy P. Borawski, 45, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019.
He was born January 19, 1973 in Harrisburg, PA.
Jeremy loved cooking, bowling and was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan. He was currently employed as a cook at the Carriage House and formerly worked as a cook in many of Carlisle's restaurants.
Jeremy is survived by his mother, Dixie (husband Gary) Lebo of Carlisle; three children, Paige (husband Kyle) Borawski of Elizabethtown, Blake Borawski of East Berlin and Zach Borawski of East Berlin; wife, Heather Long of East Berlin; two step-brothers, Gary M. (wife Lora) Lebo of Newville and Jeff (wife Cathy) Lebo of Carlisle; and his daughters' mother, Tammy Bagshaw of Carlisle. He was preceded in death by his brother, Zachary Borawski.
Memorial services will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
