Born Dec. 25, 1920, in Shippensburg, he was a son of the late Paris D. and Edna Mae Kriner Devor. He was the widower of Jennie M. Geedy Devor, who died Aug. 26, 1992.
Mr. Devor was employed by the former Grant Martin Roofing and Spouting Company in Shippensburg for about 30 years.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by two daughters, Mary C. Geedy Suhrie and Sarah S. Geedy Winebrenner, both of Chambersburg; a son, Robert A. Geedy of Chambersburg; a sister, Hazel Handshew of Newville; and five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Elizabeth Johnson, and a sister and four brothers.
Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Shippensburg, is in charge of arrangements.
