A memorial service for Kenneth Eugene Cook Jr. of Casselberry, Fla., who died Monday, May 2, 2005, will be held Saturday, May 14 at 3 p.m. in the South Seminole Masonic Temple, Casselberry, Fla.
He was born Feb. 25, 1929, to Kenneth Eugene Cook Sr. and Helen Countryman of Pontiac, Mich.
He was a 1947 graduate of Richmond High School in Indiana and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati.
He served as an Army medic during the Korean Conflict. He taught school in Fort Laramie and Piqua, Ohio. He was also a school bus driver and sold paint in Orlando, Fla.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Ellen Jean Adler; a daughter, Claudia Kyle of Carlisle; a son, Casey Cook of New York City; and a brother, James Cook of Palm Coast, Fla.
Orlando Cremation Services, Florida, is in charge of the arrangements. The family requests no flowers.
