Paul Dick Obituary

Paul E. Dick, 87, of Enola Road, Carlisle, died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2005, at ManorCare Health Services in Carlisle.

Born on Aug. 10, 1918, in Carlisle, he was the son of the late Harry and Lucy A. Dick.

Paul was retired from the former C.H. Masland and Sons in Carlisle with 25 years of service, and he made his money the old fashion way.

Surviving are three sons, Richard L. Dick, Newville, Ricky L. Dick and wife, Jeri, Virginia Beach, Va., and Terry L. Dick, Walnut Bottom; three daughters, Julene D. Ricker, Chambersburg, Brenda L. Fisher, Greencastle, and Carla J. Roles and husband, Timothy, Fayetteville, Pa.; a brother, Preston Dick, Huntsdale; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Stella E. Baitsell.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, at the North Middleton Church of God, on Waggoners Gap Road, Carlisle, with Pastor Randall L. Zook officiating. Burial will be in the North Middleton Church of God Cemetery, Carlisle. A viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, and from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the church.
