Richard L. "Brownie" Brown, 88, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. A viewing will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle. The burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. Condolences may be left at www.EwingBrothers.com.
