Thomas L. Ginnick, 70, of Shippensburg, departed this life on the morning of Sunday, August 19, 2018, at his home. He was born on January 30, 1948, in Chambersburg, the son of the late Charles C. and Dolores J. Reese Ginnick and was a 1965 graduate of Shippensburg High School. Although he was drafted to play baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals, Tom enlisted in the U.S Air Force, where he served in special forces. He and a close group of friends played cards monthly for over forty years now. Tom was a very devoted husband, father, and grandfather, who loved spending time with his family.
