Juanita Glen "Neatsy" Dunn

Juanita Glen "Neatsy" Dunn, of Loving, NM, died July 15, 2017 at Casa Maria Rehabilitation Center in Roswell, NM, where she was recovering from hip surgery. Neatsy was born October 10, 1931 in Texarkana, AR to George Winston and May Belle (Smith) Fondren. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings:. Opal Payne, and Carl, Hershel, and Norman "Jody" Fondren, and husbands James Vaughnell Duck and Dwight Shelton Dunn, and three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Neatsy is survived by five children: Debra Kay Chenault (Carlsbad), Marla Gay Duck (Loving), Kym Sue Myers (Ruidoso), John Marshal Dunn IV (Carlsbad), and Nicholas Glen Dunn (Grants), son-n-laws Ed Rodriquez and Greg Myers. Neatsy had fourteen grandchildren: Samantha Wortman (d) and Christi Martin (Debra's); Mac Shane Dotson, Benjamin D., Aaron G.V., and Daniel D. (d) Spoon (Marla's); Tabatha M. Lawson, Rikki N. Huffman, and Ian K. Myers (Kym's); and Brittany S. (d), Cheyenne R., Mark R., and John M. Dunn V (John's). Neatsy had fourteen great-grandchildren: Travis and Miranda Wright (Samantha's); Jesse Garcia (Christi's); Larenda Brodsky and Logan Dotson (Mac Shane's); Joshua, Keisha, and Makala (d) Spoon (Benjamin's); Noah Spoon (Daniels's); Alan T. Myers and Memphis C. Lawson (Tabatha's); and Zoe S. Owens and Teagan N. Huffman (Rikki's). Neatsy also had one great-great-grandchild: Landon L. Wright (Travis's). There will be a memorial service at 511 Ash Road, Loving, NM at 5 p.m. on August 4th, 2017. Flowers or donations to your choice of charity are welcome.
