Frankie Brunot Obituary

Frankie Brunot, 92, of New Bern, N.C. left this earth on January 23, to be with her beloved husband Chuck. She will be deeply missed by her two surviving children, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, her sister, nieces and nephews and close friends. She was a warm and truly genuine soul who's sense of humor and beautiful smile will be remembered by all who knew her. Born March 13, 1932 in Radford, Va., she was the 4th daughter of Minnie Cromer Howard and Frank Marshall Howard. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Brunot and daughter, Valerie May. Frankie is survived by her sister, Christine Shelton, Roanoke, Va., her daughter, Pamela Maloney (Terry) Keswick,Va. and son, Michael Brunot (Kimberly) Durango, Colo., six grandchildren, Tara (Wyatt), Ashley, Michael (Abby), Cody (Lindsey), Chris and Hope, and nine great grandchildren, Waylon, Weston, Triston, Michael, Liam, Lucy, Harper, Hollis and Tulsen. The family would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to all of the special people who cared for Frankie during her time at Rosewood Village, Greenbrier in Charlottesville and to the wonderful nurses and volunteers with Hospice of the Piedmont. She made many friends during her time at Rosewood. Memorial contributions should be made to the Humane Society or your local animal shelter. Condolences may be sent to the family on the tribute wall.
