Geoffrey Bell Obituary

Geoffrey Bell, 48, of Charlottesville, Virginia passed away unexpectedly in his sleep recently. He was born and raised in California, where his appreciation for wine, good food, family, and friends began. His journey to Virginia included becoming a father to a son and a daughter, whom he loved fiercely and being a sales representative for a local wine distributor to local restaurants and businesses throughout the area. He was known for his attentiveness to details that matter, thoughtfulness towards others, caring and understanding of those who may need it the most, and becoming everyone's friend by the end of the evening. He is survived by many of his loved ones-his son Nate, daughter Nora, partner Jennifer, mother Linda (Larry), brother, a sister-in-law, a niece and two nephews as well as two maternal aunts and many friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, father (Rick), a cousin and paternal aunt. He proudly grew a mustache each year to raise funds for children in need in Lynchburg. For service information please contact the family or close friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a memorial contribution in his memory be made to Mustache for Kids Lynchburg, https://m4klynchburg.org/donation or to a charity of your choice. Condolences may be sent to the family directly or to www.hillandwood.com.

Geoff was a co worker and friend. He was a wonderful human being, loving father, hard dedicated worker. He loved what he did and was honest and hard working.

I will miss him greatly.
