ANDREW OLSON Obituary
He was born June 21, 1974, in Sandwich, the son of Brian Olson and Nancy Gletty Olson.
Andrew was united in marriage on March 25, 1998, to Melissa Johnson. They spent 16 happy years together. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandson and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Mr. Olson attended the Orchard Valley Baptist Church in Aurora with his family. Andrew was the manager of the Wheaton Meat Company, Wheaton, and belonged to UFCW Local 1546. He enjoyed several hobbies, including riding his bike and reading. But the most important part of Andrew's life was being with his lovely wife and wonderful kids.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Olson of Montgomery; his children, Olivia Renee, Ethan Andrew and Alex Bryan Olson, all of Montgomery; his parents, Brian (Carrie) Olson of Waterman and Nancy (Bob Ferris) Olson of Waterman; his siblings, Jacob, Isaac, Jennifer, Becky (Jon) and Rich (Liz); his maternal grandparents, James and Darlene Gletty of Somonauk; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ernie and Millie Olson.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 1010 W. South St., Plano. Family and friends may visit from 3 p.m. Saturday until the hour of service at Larson-Nelson Funeral Home in Plano.
A memorial fund has been established for Melissa and their children at Oswego Community Bank, 10 N. Madison St., Oswego, IL 60543.

Nancy, Brian, & Melissa (and family),
Nancy & Brian...you know my memories run way back....back to fort building, to cookies and milk, to riding bikes down the street, to climbing trees between our houses. My heart is broken to know that Andrew is no longer with us. I have so many memories...so many great times, that I still think of them often. My heart goes out to all of you. Shock was an understatement when I heard the news. You don't know me but as a regular customer at Wheaton Meat, Andy and I shared "Emma" stories as one of my girls is named Emma too. May God give you strength and peace. You and your children will always be in my prayers.
