Hello Wendt Family, I am the Realtor that sold your Father his townhome. I send him a card awhile ago and it was returned to me. I looked him up and saw his obituary. I'm sorry to hear about his passing. He told me all about your camping trips and how much he enjoyed spending that time with you. I remember when we were looking for his home, he really wanted that townhome on Anjali Court, but it was under contract with another buyer. We looked at several other properties, but he was adamant about that townhome. So we waited, and the current buyer missed a contract date, his contract was cancelled and Andrew got his townhome. I enjoyed working with him so much. He was so independent, I offered to take him places but he refused and insisted on going on his own. He was fun, interesting and had a wonderful smile. I'm so glad that he called me. I enjoyed my time with him.
