Eric and family. I am saddened to hear of the loss of your father. Both your parents were host to many high school spur of the moment guy events with good humor and tolerance. I was and will continue to be grateful that our son had a safe environment to socialize with peers. It is hard to loose a parent, father-in-law, grandfather and brother at any age. I pray that your good memories and Erwin's kindness will help through your grief. God bless. -Kathy Coffman (Jason's mom)

I met Erwin at the pharmacy years ago. He was always kind and even when life was difficult, he kept a positive attitude. So sorry for your loss.

In loving memory of a wonderful man. I worked with Chef Erwin also. One of my favorite memories of Chef was watching him garnish a special dinner with nasturtiums. The plate was as beautiful as it was delicious. You will be missed.

Erwin was a great man. He treated me like one of his own kids and looked out for me during my time at NIU. I learned so much from him and I'm glad that I had the chance to speak with him before his passing. We lost a real good man.
