So sorry for your loss. Ray is a wonderful man who will be greatly missed here in the hallways of Neptune. I have called him a friend for many years and will miss his smiling face. I am so sad but will never forget his shining spirit and kind manner. I was blessed to know him.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Ray and I were best friends in 8th grade and part of freshman year before I moved. He would always come over and ask my mom if we could go for a walk and even towards late at night and my mom always said yes to him. You couldn't ask for a better person to be in your life. I didn't get to see him much but when we did he always had a smile on his face. It breaks my heart to hear of his passing. Too young to be gone so soon. Fly high Ray!!!
