Died: December 22, 2022
Robert "Bob" W. Dutton, age 87, of Speedwell, VA passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022 in the Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born August 9, 1935 in Marion, Ohio, and was a son of the late William Erwin and Mary Juanita Dutton.
Bob retired after years of working as district & regional sales manager for H.J. Heinz Company, and vice president of Durkee Foods. He was an avid golfer, and spent many years volunteering as a Rules Official for the PGA. He served as a former board member at Kishwaukee Country Club in Dekalb, IL. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Cynthia Ledbetter Dutton; wife, Mary Ann Comer; daughter, Jerolynn Worrell; brother, Tommy Yeager; and sister, Jacquelyn Iris Dutton. Those left to cherish his memories include sons, Christopher Dutton (Karen), and Andrew Dutton; daughters, Johanna Terrill (Mark), and Robin Dutton; grandchildren, Ashleigh, Sarah and Katlyn; and brother, Vance Dutton (Ada).
There will be no formal services scheduled at this time.
