Born: October 3, 1966 in Sycamore, Ill.
Died: December 15, 2025 in Sycamore, Ill.
Stephen Craig Davis, of Sycamore, Ill., passed away unexpectedly at his home Dec. 15, 2025. He was born Oct. 3, 1966, to Billie Gene and Phyllis Davis.
Stephen was a graduate of Sycamore High School and worked for many years as a buyer and seller for AGCO in Batavia.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sister, Colette (James) Groves of Bonne Terre, Mo.; and his nephew, Shay Groves of Sycamore.
No services will be held, in accordance with the family's wishes. Memorials may be made to the Sycamore Veterans Home Association, 121 S. California St., Sycamore, IL 60178, or to the local animal shelter.

Steve was one of the first of my wife's friends who I had the chance to meet. He was a big guy with a great sense of humor. Always enjoyed seeing him at Pumpkin Fest in Sycamore and at parties at his apartment and our various homes over the years. He was a good friend and a kind person and he will be missed by all who knew him. May his memories be of blessing.

Sorry to hear of Steve´s passing. We were neighbors of Carl & Agies. Also Steve mowed ditches for County when I was employed there. RIP
