Beverly McCaslin Obituary

Momence, IL - Beverly Ann McCaslin (nee Biesboer), 89, of Momence, IL, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on October 14, 2025.

She was born on March 26, 1936, to Nicholas and Lydia (nee Diekman) Biesboer.

On September 7, 1957, she married John Paul McCaslin, III and they shared 64 years of marriage. Their bond was one of faith, love and dedication to God, family and friends.

Beverly loved to vacation in the U.P. She was an avid reader, crafter and kitchen wiz.

Bev is survived by her daughters; Cindy (Scott) Howard, Dawn (Michael) Prisby, sons; John Paul IV (Bonnie) McCaslin and Lane (Kimberly) McCaslin. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; Barbara (Marshall) Penka, Lydia (Scott) Wilson-Phillips, Rebecca (Connor) Ferguson, Amber Carter, John V(Jessica) McCaslin, Heather (Dan) Pniewski, Connor (Paige) McCaslin, Cameron McCaslin, Alexis (Dan) Evjen and Casey (Misty) Prisby. Also surviving are fourteen great-grandchildren and their spouses and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life; John Paul "Jack" McCaslin the III.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
