Wilma I. Rowcliff, 75, of Fisher, IL, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025. She was born on May 23, 1950, in Elvins Missouri, the daughter of Henry and Betty Parks and was raised with a strong sense of family and community.
On June 19, 1966, Wilma married Wesley Rowcliff in Melvins, IL, and together they built a life filled with love and dedication. Wilma was a woman who enjoyed doing things for herself, and she found joy in her work as a house cleaner.
A faithful member of the Fisher United Methodist Church, Wilma spent much of her time attending services and being involved in her church community. Outside of church, she had a passion for crocheting and loved attending arts and craft shows, where she could share her talents and creativity with others. Above all, Wilma cherished the time she spent with her family and loved ones, always making them feel special with her kindness and devotion.
She is survived by her daughter, Tenka (William) Campbell; grandchildren Kassi (Lawrence) Washington, Justin Campbell, and Jordan Campbell (Payton Kinnaird); great-grandchildren Grant Washington, William Washington, Hailey Washington, and Paxton Kinnaird; sisters Sharon (Homer) Etheridge and Rhonda Greenarch; brother Richard Parks; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Wilma was also blessed with the loving friendship of Lyndon Estes and his family, who brought joy to her life.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband Wesley Rowcliff; brothers Franklin, William, and James (Jim) Parks; sister Pamela Parks; son-in-law Alexander Odzana; and special friend Tony Campbell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Jensen Funeral Home in Kankakee, IL. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM, officiated by Pastor Tim Filkins.
