Anne Rafaj, nee Petricek, 93, November 21, 2008, of Lombard, IL, former longtime resident of Chicago Heights; Beloved wife of the late John C; loving mother of Shirley (the late Lawrence) Nussbaum, Dennis (Nancy) Rafaj and Jack (Jeanne) Rafaj; cherished grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of seven; fond sister of Mary Petricek and the late Ella Petricek and the late Paul Petricek. Anne was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, The Ladies Club, V.F.W. Post #8283 Ladies Auxiliary, the Polish Falcon 75 Club, Jones Center and Royal Neighbors of America.
