Chris,
Well, it has been 8 years. I never knew what to say here. I've talked to you many times. I find comfort knowing that you are watching over Reis every day. Today he found this obituary. He has asked many questions over the years about you. He knows that you loved Notre Dame. Well, now he does too lol. He is really struggling with you not being here over the last couple years. We have had many talks. I just wish I could help him more with the empty space he has for you. He had also forgotten (it's been so long and he was so young) that he has a sister. It broke his heart tonight to find that out. Please wrap him in your arms and somehow heal some of his hurt. And always keep him safe and under your watch. You told me in a dream that you have always watched him from afar and that u haven't missed one thing he has done. Please continue to guide our son and let him feel your love and presence. We miss you so very much. As do so many others.

Chris, It's been almost two years now since you left me and your daughter. Words can not express how much i miss you. You were everything to me. I still think about you everyday. I have so many great memories of you and i smile every time i think about it. Your daughter just turned 5. She is turning into such a smart little girl and she is beautiful. She looks just like you. She talks about you all the time and it breaks my heart. I still can't believe your gone. Loosing you was the hardest thing i ever went through. It still doesnt seem real. I lovedyou so much chris. I have moved on in my life as you would have wanted me to, but you still hold a special place in my heart and those memories will last forever. I thank god every day that i met you, and i got to spend your last day here with you. We had a great time that night and a conversation i will never forget. I will see you again some day. Save a spot for us. And please keep our daughter safe. She knows your her angel now. I love you christopher and i will never forget you, always and forever.

Christopher,
It will be a year tommorrow that we lost you. Your loss has been so traumatic for me, and it still is just a bad dream. I got your letter, and understand that you will be right beside me. It was so comforting to know that so many people knew the real you, and loved you so much.
I thought about your birth the other day, still have your Christening Outfit. You were such a busy baby, while you were inside me and after you were born.
I love and miss you, you were my sports guy.

words cant begin to explain how sad i am right now. i met chris in 7th grade and we matured together through junior high and high school. he was always there for me and was always letting me play on his sports team even though i was "just a girl." he made the tough times happy times and gave me too many great memories. i could always count on him for a great big bear hug if i was having a bad day. he wiped many tears, and put many smiles on my face. he was one person i was looking forward to seeing at our high school reunion, just to see how much we grew up. im holding the entire krapil family in my heart and i know that my dad is taking care of chris. lyndsay, mr. and mrs. krapil, im so sorry, your wonderful son and brother will be forever missed. <3

My dearest brother...I do not know how to live in this world without you. You were an amazing person, brother, son, father, and companion. I love you so very much and I can't wait for the day until we meet again. It saddens me that we wont' be able to share our lives together and watch our kids and family grow together. But I know deep down that you are now our angel in heaven and you will protect us. You will never know how much you are loved. You always bring a smile to my face at the very thought of you. I have so many memories of us playing and laughing, even beaten each other up (I always lost of course). I mourn you dear brother but I celebrate your life and that you will be apart of me forever. You have given me so many memories and we have been through so many things together. I love you more than you will ever know and I will ask for your guidance, strength, and blessings for as long as I live. May our Lord find you as beautiful, funny, and as wonderful and as everyone who knew you did. My forever love Chris...I'll see you again someday. And when I do you better be ready for some Bears vs. Cowboys show offs!!!
