James A. Leavy

Leavy, James A. Was born into eternity December 3rd 2014, surrounded by those that loved him. He was preceded in death by his dear and loving mother, Jean. Jim served proudly in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Marrs Meyer American Legion and President Emeritus of the Irish Supper Club. Jim was a beloved and adopted member of The McNicholas family and earned the love and respect of many caring friends. Visitation Friday, December 12th from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 South Southwest Hwy (7700 W), Palos Hills. Funeral Saturday 10:30 a.m. to St. Patricia Catholic Church for an 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be made to The Wounded Warrior Project.
