The world just became a little less interesting place. All who knew Joe will miss him (with the possible exception of a few real estate agents and the grouchy lady from Honey Fluff Donuts). Patrice, Rita, Celeste--you guys are orphans now, and I'm sure Joe would want you to stick together and look out for one another.
And if there is an afterlife, I'm sure he will be looking out for you and your families as well.

We will miss you so much! Your stories will be told and re-told for the rest of all of our lives. You were such a wonderful father and grandfather and man. I am so proud to have you as my grandpa.
