Mary Ellen Santos

Mary Ellen Santos, nee Koleski, 71, longtime resident of Lemont, late of McKinney, Texas, died September 18. Survived by her husband, Philip of McKinney, Texas; sons, James [Suzanne] of Riverwoods, IL., Joseph [Susan] and Jeffrey [Jennifer] both of McKinney, Texas and one daughter, Joan [J.J.] Cotter of Omaha, Neb.; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Delores [Robert] Peck of Chicago and Lorraine [Henry] Poplawski of Palos Heights and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, John and one sister, Margaret Webber. She was retired office manager of Tri-Central Marine Terminal, formerly of Lemont. Family and friends will meet Saturday, at St. Alphonsus Church in Lemont for a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass. Inurnment St. Alphonsus Cemetery. Visitation Friday 5 to 9 p.m. at Gerharz Funeral Home, 501 State St., Lemont.
