I was so sorry to hear about Mike's passing. It doesn't seem possible that time has brought us to this place. I always appreciated his big smile and fantastic giggle. He was a very kind soul. God be with all those who knew and loved him. "Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."

Classmates come and classmates go their separate ways, but the Universe is certainly encouraging the Rich South Class of 77 to reconnect. Mike has given us that gift. I am sorry to hear that Mike has passed, yet grateful to know that he is now at peace. I first knew Mike when we were both high school freshmen and he asked me to the freshmen dance. While both of us were just beginning to find our way in this life, I trust that over the years his gentle soul enjoyed happiness and love. My sincere sympathy to Mike's family and friends.

I will always remember Mikes laugh. There was about 7 or 8 or so of us in high school who hung out and Mike was undoubtedly the kindest soul of the lot. I remember his burning speed in track. I'm so glad I had my camera for our 20 year high school reunion now as those pictures have taken on a more special meaning. One of the guys said it best this week I'll just flat out miss a friend. And Mike I just have to set the record straight I didn't take the ham but was happy to take the heat for it. Rest in peace

Mike was simply one of the nicest guys I've ever known. I'll always remember his reliable and infectious smile and laugh, and his kind nature. I'll miss him, and consider myself lucky to call him a good friend.

Mrs. Klein,
While Mike and I may have gone our separate ways and travelled different paths in our lives, he remained an incredibly important person in my life. For many years, it was a rare day that went by when we didn't see one another. From playing in the foundations of yet to be built homes in Richton Hills, to discussing life goals and dreams in high school, Mike was by my side through great times and not so great times. His amazing sense of humor, his contagious laughter, and above all, his perpective, kept me and many others grounded when we most needed it. Though we may not have spoken for years, he was a constant presence in my life and was, and is, part of the foundation of my life. I miss my friend and I will carry his spirit in my heart for all the days to come.
Mike, Rest in peace, old friend. I love you.
