We were employees of Richard when he was the Director of Field Operations at the Chicago Heights Police Department. He was a good supervisor, fair to all and well liked. A good man. Our sympathies to his family. He will be missed. We know he is "up there" having a beer with Kenny (Lt. Johnson).

Richard was a Police Officer in Chicago Heights when I joined the force as a Police Cadet in 1969. He was a very well respected Leader and we became good friends over the years. He was a special person and will be missed. My deepest sympathy for your loss. God Bless.
