Casey Jordan Obituary
Friends were everyone she touched in her short life.
Casey was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Harold and Letha Basnett; and her great-grandfather, Dewey Lattin. She is survived by her parents, Jamie Lattin and Brent Bethell; brother, Daniel Gillespie; sisters, Keana, Tasha and Capri Marquez; step-brothers, Dalton Bethell and Zach Marquez; great-grandmother, Maxine Lattin grandparents, Wanda and Raymond Johnston, Terry and Vicki Lattin, and Monie and Carla Bethell, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service for Casey will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 17 at San Juan College in the Henderson Fine Arts Building, 4601 College Blvd. in Farmington with James Foster and David Williams officiating.
A reception will follow the service at the Henderson Fine Arts Building followed by a procession to Aztec for a Bonfire in Casey's Memory behind the Step Back Inn, 123 W. Aztec Blvd.
Honorary pallbearers will be present, past and future cheerleaders.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Aztec Cheerleading Booster Club. Contact Debbie Johnson at 505-330-7168 or mail to Aztec High School.
Funeral arrangements are with Farmington Funeral Home, 2111 W. Apache St., 505-325-2211. Those who wish to express condolences may do so at www.farmingtonfuneral.com.

Our continued prayers and love for the family & friends.
We wonder sometimes, why the good one's have to depart? Especially, when we face all the evils of this world. It is because of their goodness, that, they make us reflect on what is important in this life. Always finding someone who maybe in greater need than themselves, and being satisfied from within to provide a healing touch.
May God provide healing in your lives, as such pain from a great lose was only meant for that moment, but not for life. May peace that surpasses your own understanding be upon your lives.

I will always remember Casey leading the dance with the teachers at our district meeting at AHS this past August. She was so happy and beautiful. Brent, Jamie and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Praying for God's comfort and peace for you all.

Such a beautiful lady, taken too soon. But she will be forever treasured in the hearts of many family, friends and the community.
To the family, may you treasure each precious moments that you all have had with her, they will give you the comfort and the strength that you will need when times get rough when you're missing her the most.
