My prayers go out to the Gobble family right now. Preston was like my second dad..always there to offer a smile and a hug and always had a piece of good advice to give, whether it was solicited or not. I know that he made a lot of children happy in Hondurous when he went on mission trips with my dad. It was not until recently, I was able to experience that same joy of such a poor country. I can see what he saw in this population and I understand why it was so heavy on his heart. Preston, there will be many people in heaven someday, rejoicing with you because of the undying love you had for the unsaved. You brought many to Christ through your words and your actions. You will be truly missed... Until we see you again

Margaret, Debbie and family, John and I loved Preston so very much. He was always so kind and never met a stranger. His love for people compelled him to share his faith with them and I am sure he must have many stars in his crown. We have been so blessed to know Preston and Margaret and always referred to them as our dear friends. We're going to miss him so much and we know you will as well. May God comfort you at this difficult time and give you the strength and peace that only He can give. You are loved.

I will miss Preston. He was a good mentor and a God-fearing man. I know that the crews at J-W will miss him, as well. He was well liked by all, and loved by some. He is now in the arms of Christ!
