Lora Rhodehamel

ARCANUM - Lora Rhodehamel, Age 69, of Arcanum/Gordon, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 11, 2021 in the comfort of her home.

Lora was a devoted, selfless, care giving, follower of Christ. She spent most of her life as a caregiver watching hundreds of children over her years. She has always been active in the churches she's attended and has played piano for them for over 50 years. Lora was also gifted in creating various crafts (everything from ceramics to sewing). Lora was a wonderful woman with the kindest of hearts. She's going to be missed by her family, friends (especially the "Porch Ladies"), and all the families and lives she has touched throughout her life.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert "Bob" Riffell.

Lora is survived by her mother, Anna Louise Riffell; sons, Shane (Darlene Barga) Rhodehamel, Jason (Brandy) Rhodehamel; grandchildren, Tiffany Barga, Stephanie (Cody) Cook, Carter Rhodehamel, Zane Rhodehamel, Dylan Rhodehamel, Dominic Rhodehamel, Landry Rhodehamel; great-grandchildren, Lillie Cook, Kylo Cook; brother, Dr. Douglas (Sharon) Riffell; sister, Vickie (Wayne) Edmonds; countless families she has served, and numerous other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021, 2pm, at Gordon Grace United Methodist Church, 750 Arcanum-Ithaca Rd., Ithaca, OH 45304. A visitation will be held on that Saturday, at the church, from 10AM – 2PM leading into the services. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Gordon Grace United Methodist Church (P.O.
