GREENVILLE -- Wyonda Jeanne "Jean" Hufnagle, age 83 of Greenville, passed away on September 18, 2024 at Ayden Healthcare of Greenville.
Jean was born on January 9, 1941 in Berea, West Virginia to the late Dolan and Goldie (Simons) Riddle.
In addition to her parents, Jean is preceded in death by her son, Michael Hufnagle; her daughter, Tracy Flynn; her son, Shawn Hufnagle; her brother, Theodore Okey Riddle; grandson, Ryan Mowen; great grandson, Ryan Mowen; and great granddaughter, MaKaylah Mowen.
Jean is survived by her daughter Lisa (Scott) Mowen, of Yorkshire, Ohio; her ex sister-in-law, Fran Walker; grandchildren, Christina (Glen) Bowman of Greenville, Ohio, Brian Hufnagle of Columbus, Ohio, Kara Mowen of Ansonia, Ohio, Natalie Flynn of Killeen, Texas, Jason Mowen of Covington, Ohio, Ruby Flynn of Alexandria, Virginia, Rebecca Mowen of Sidney, Ohio, Cameron Mowen of Troy, Ohio, Aurdrey Mowen of Marion, Ohio, Jesse Mowen of Hamilton, Ohio, Alyssa Mowen of Dayton, Ohio; 16 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jean was a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving as a Corporal and working as a medic. She retired from Corning working as a glass inspector for 22 years. Jean had a passion for reading, cross stitch, and gardening. She also enjoyed listen to music, especially 60's-80's Celtic music.
Per the request of Jean, no services will be held as this time.
