Anthony Nizetich Obituary
"Kato"
Anthony was born on October 15, 1930 in San Pedro, CA and passed away at the age of 82 on June 21, 2013. He was preceded in death by his two sons, Michael and Anthony. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley "Shu"; his son, Stephen; daughter in law, Cindy; his two beautiful grandchildren, Nadia and Max; his sister in law, Mary Lou; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, 4 - 7 p.m. at McNerney's Mortuary Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 28, 2013, 11:00 a.m. at McNerney's Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the San Pedro Boys and Girls Club, 1200 S. Cabrillo Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731. Shirley and Stephen,
I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr Niz. I have fond memories of him growing up across the street. Always a nice guy to me and I know a wonderful father and husband. I tried to make it to the service but my plane arrived too late as I was on vacation when hearing of the news.
Please accept my most sincere condolences on your loss of a truly awesome man!
