Monica, I am so sorry to hear about your father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. It has been many years since we last spoke, but you have never left my thoughts. I was just thinking about you the other day. I occasionally read the Daily Breeze on-line and today was one of them, when I came across the news of your father's passing.

Sorry to hear of Uncle Eddie's passing. You guys probably don't know me, but I am his niece. I'm his sisters (I believe his only sister, youngest child of his family) daughter... My moms name was Virginia Ann Shaner, she passed away in 1994. It would be nice to meet my cousins. I don' t know if I may have ever met you guys, I think I might have been maybe 2 years old the last time we saw Uncle Eddie. You can email me at [email protected]

I remember my mom talking about Uncle Eddie and how he was an X-ray Tech and about World War II.

Thanks,
~Julie
