12/22/1960 - 09/16/2021 Our beloved Lisa Madonna Mungaray entered into the rest of her Savior, Christ Jesus, after a long and courageous fight against cancer. She was sixty years old. Lisa lived a life of sacrifice, service, and generosity. She was devoted to preaching the Gospel and to caring for and comforting people as those bearing the image of God. Lisa travelled the world in fulfilling her calling. She held every experience in each nation she visited dear to her heart. She leaves a legacy of faithful believers whom she influenced over the course of her life. Later in life, Lisa became a passionate and accomplished amateur genealogist. Lisa loved her family deeply. Her only regret was leaving her loved ones behind. Lisa was kind, compassionate, generous, intelligent, and fiercely determined to make the most of her life. Lisa is survived by her mother Irene, her father Rene, her siblings Louis, Aaron (Andrea), David, Devra Smith, Emanuel (Angel), and Rebecca Faith Heller (James). Lisa is predeceased by her nephew Donovan Mungaray, and survived by her nieces and nephews Jake and Ava Mungaray, Joseph and Ty Smith, Emmanuel, Aiden, and Ariana Mungaray, Octavia Weimer and Abel Heller. Lisa also leaves behind a vast extended family including many aunts, uncles, cousins, and godchildren, and her brothers and sisters in Christ. We will miss her desperately, but we rejoice in the assurance of her eternal rest in Christ Jesus. All memorial and funeral services will be privately held. We understand the impact Lisa had on so many lives, so we ask you to share your remembrances and encouragement with our family by signing the guestbook at GreenHillsMortuary.com
. In keeping with her life of selflessness, please consider a donation in Lisa's name to the Toberman Neighborhood Center or your local food bank in lieu of flowers.
