Marjorie Nilsson Obituary
Marjorie Marie Lane Nilsson passed away peacefully on July 4, 2018 after a long bout with dementia. She was born on March 14, 1934 in Long Beach, California to Ed and Marie Lane. Marjorie (Margie) graduated from San Pedro High School in 1952. Margie married her sweetheart Clarence Nilsson in 1955 in San Pedro, CA. They attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church for over 50 years. She and Clarence were married for 53 years before his passing in 2008. Margie will be lovingly remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and her dedication to family. For Margie, family was everything! Services will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in San Pedro, CA on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment immediately following at Green Hills Memorial Park. I have many fond memories of being with Margie at family gatherings. My earliest memories are at Christmas time at Aunt Marie's and Uncle Ed's house with Margie and Carolyn. We were always together as we grew up. Now she is reunited with Clarence and I can see her beautiful smile.
