Bowled with Dick also at Tropicana. But what I remembered most, was a touchdown he scored at El Camino, waving goodbye to defenders as he crossed the end zone.

Dear Pat, Denise, Diane, & Darlene, I am so sorry for your loss! I only met Dick once at the Manhattan Beach AAA. We laughed so hard about his story of being retired and Pat and him using coupons to go out to eat. My daughter Cherie and Denise are best friends so I know Dick must have been a wonderful person because Denise is. By their fruits you will know them. God bless and keep you all! Love Joanne Goeppner

So very sorry about the loss of your dad Denise and Diane. I knew him well having met him when I was 16 at the bowling alley Tropicana Lanes his team the White Elephant. I was their score keeper back in the 60's. I well know you worked for AAA too. So did I for 35 years and retired in 1999. Moved to Austin Tx in 2001. My sincere sympathies to all of you. He made me laugh alot too.
