Just yesterday during a job interview I was asked to describe my favorite boss and I there were many since I started working back the 70´s. Bruce instantly came to mind as he was easily the best at getting the most work out all of us at Ball Aerospace without being a micro manager. He was extremely smart and would happily share his knowledge and even instilled in me a desire to always learn more, at least one new thing every day! He was also kind and persuasive... he was the one person who successfully convinced me I should give running a try. And he wouldn´t laugh when I was chanting "I hate this, I hate this." while running in order to keep my pace and breathing coordinated. Bruce was a special individual, one who genuinely likes himself, knew his value at work, and adored his family.
