Cynthia, i think of you so frequently, you wouldn't believe it. We shared the same morning ritual -- cetaphil creme!
Also when we were burning the irrigation ditches and i got clouded with smoke -- remember when you took me into the back room away from the smoke that day and started my 02? Tjen ypu made dinner with Nanitas enchilada sauce . I loved your energy, almost as tempestuous as my own. I miss you.

Cynthia, you will always be one of my favorite people. You laughed easily. I always admired your talents as an artist and cook. I loved your style. I appreciated how much you loved cats, but NOT dogs. When you were studying Engineering, you'd stop by my office and eat a boiled egg and it was the highlight of my day, to be hugged by you. I believe I will be quoting you and reminded of you for all of my days. Love you so so much. p.s. when we carpooled from Denver to Boulder it took 1.50 hours because of the detours and stops at MCDonalds. I miss you!

Although we hadn't seen Cynthia in a decade, our family has so many good memories of time spent with her. She lived with us for a short time where she became a big sister to our then young teenage daughters. She helped teach our oldest daughter how ro ride horses. We had a lot of laughs with Cynthia and she will be missed.

Cynthia was my riding instructor for about 5 years when I got back into riding. She was an amazing teacher, person, and friend. We lost contact when I moved away, but we were able to connect one time when I returned to CO. Sadly, I thought we would have more opportunities to get together. I will remember her beautiful smile and vivacious personality. She will be missed. Rest in Peace, Cynthia.

Cynthia was my horse trainer before changing careers. A very caring animal person with a great sense of humor. She will be missed. RIP, Cyn

So glad to have gotten the chance to know Cynthia, she was truly a special person. Her natural intelligence and strength made her an ideal leader on the jobsite. I am truly blessed to have had her as a coworker, and am proud to have called her my friend.

My heart hurts as I know this bright light and soul will no longer light my days here on earth. Cynthia was a million inside jokes, years of shifts at McGuckin’s, shooting in the Bookcliffs, paddling around her dad’s pond, fiercely loyal, completely her own person and one of the best friends I’ve ever had. Too bad so many of our fabulous memories and times occurred before everyone had a phone in their pocket to capture all of the highlights. Trust me when I say, to know her was to love her... and to not, was to miss out... Love you my friend-till we meet again

My goodness Cynthia was just such a bright light in my life. We worked together at McGuckin’s and became the best of friends. We’d go to Grand Junction to shoot guns in the Bookcliffs, paddle around her pond and just have fun. So many memories and so much of that infectious laughter... I’ll miss you like crazy dear friend. Big hugs to your family as they cope with this tragedy.

Funny, irreverent, quick-witted, smart, Cynthia was the first friend I made in Colorado when I moved here in summer of 2019. While our relationship started professionally as she was the project manager for my condo complex it quickly developed into a meaningful bond. When my sister came to visit from the east coast, we always made a date to spend time with Cynthia. I am really missing her, but grateful for the friendship we had.

It seems rare in today’s world to meet a person so genuine, caring, and compassionate. Cynthia was all of those and more. She worked for us as a construction manager for 3 years in Boulder and she always brought her smile and warmed up any room. She would do anything for anybody. We really enjoyed getting to know her and she will be greatly missed.

Cynthia was such a bright, loving and kind person. She was the project manager for my home but she quickly became my friend. I loved spending time with her--she has such a vast incredible knowledge of construction and because I am in the business, we ended up sharing trade names with each other. She was incredibly loved and will be as equally missed.
